Stamina Refreshing

A while ago a ruling was made to allow characters a one-time stamina refresh as an ability or built into an ability. This mechanic is problematic, as it allows a character a free, untrained, unbought 25 stats in exchange for taking up or being a part of an ability with no drawbacks. For characters at a certain stat threshold, this means their stat total exceeds our 325 stat hard cap. Our meta is also shifting to whoever can stack the most stamina rather than who can outmaneuver the other. Going forward, staff will be re-enacting the ban on Chakra restoration abilities except for those done through nth stat boosting. Characters who currently have such abilities are entitled to a character specific redo token due to this change.
