This handle was from one of my first characters.... Shinoskay... on the fallout shelter, where the fourth wall had fallen.
Think Deadpool but if he was a ninja XD.
He started as an uchiha but this time will probably be Kamizuru clan. Speed is key to victory and those eyes may augment speed with sight.... however, if you can also track everyone within a 200m radius than maybe you dont need rapid eyes.
