Type of Organization: Central OrgLocation of the Organization's Main Base: Children of Kintsugi's main base is a series of caravans that wander from town to town, country to country. It's primary base, if one really specifically had to be named, is in Iron Country, though they are hardly ever there.
Description of the Organization: Childen of Kintsugi is a wandering group of nomads. They are known primarily for arriving at locations of tragedy and immediately providing help, benefits, shelter, and many other imaginable resources at very little notice and with practically no questions asked. When the Children of Kintsugi arrive, the broken world around them becomes reforged in gold.
They consist primarily of children that have learned the art of ninjutsu from some means or another and though adults are known to exist within its ranks, children almost always hold the highest authority. Secretly, Ikanbi teaches the children ninjutsu herself and it is through her that the children receive the education necessary to function as proper leaders. The teachings are rather simple, but tried and true. They are about enlightenment and most importantly coexistence. Coexistence amongst the nations and among brethren. Coexistence amongst the spirits. To live in harmony with spirits in the human realm. To make voyages and journeys to sacred temples. Not exactly religious, but spiritual, one with the world. The Children of Kintsugi promote welfare and goodness wherever they go. They build orphanages, farms, hospitals, shelters. They provide education, farming infrastructure, and equipment. They are never in one place. Like the wind, they are constantly adrift, moving from temple to temple and town to town constantly. They are a known entity, welcome to open arms practically everywhere they go.
The Children of Kintsugi specifically specialize in utilizing group ninjutsu, allowing them to achieve feats that would be impossible for even a singular Bannin to perform alone. With the power of numbers, they work together utilizing specifically created group jutsu to overwhelm and complete any potential obstacle or task.
A significant number of the Children of Kintsugi are known to have elected to become puppet or elemental bodies once they have reached enlightenment, they are only generally encouraged to do so before enlightenment if doing so was done as a measure to prevent death. The reason for waiting for enlightenment is to ensure maturity, since many wish to do this before becoming adults so as to remain Children of Kintsugi forever. This is known, but it is a more well kept secret that this has meant that the children in charge are in fact usually quite old. Even still, many do not reach enlightenment until adulthood and then regress back to a childhood form once choosing between a puppet or elemental body, and many just use fuuinjutsu and ninjutsu to artificially slow the aging process tremendously in the first place.
Essentially, they have a ridiculous system of keeping everyone very young forever. It's actually very terrible.
Requirements of the Organization: One must forgo their earthly attachments and live untethered from the world. Members are required to remain truly neutral in world affairs. They may not invade maliciously.
