[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
A dozen busy bodies were loading a sturdy wooden caravan in the early morning hours. Many wore an uneasy expression, as the caravan master had not assigned anyone to accompany the caravan to its destination. Each one knew about the strange occurrences on the route that this caravan was bound for. More importantly, they were aware of all of their colleagues that were on a suspicious 'vacation' after each reported attack. As such, each worker tried to work quickly and avoided meeting the gaze of the caravan master.
The caravan master was a bald man with wild black eyebrows and a strong jawline. His gray eyes were fixated on an unimportant location as he worried about the fate of the caravan he was sending out along with his only hope to stop the threat: Sieg. He had yet to meet the hired help, but he was expecting him any minute. The most the man could do until then was thank a higher power that at least the good weather might hold up.
Suddenly broken from his thoughts by an approaching worker, the man's attention was recomposed.
"Yes?" he inquired, raising one of his bushy eyebrows at the woman.
"M-Mr. Niwa... T-The caravan is loaded and ready to go," she replied.
"Ah, excellent. I'll decide who my drivers are as soon as our requested help arrives." The woman nodded to Mr. Niwa before scurrying off to whisper with the other workers about who might be chosen to drive the caravan.
As for Sieg: he'd likely have no problem spotting the caravan depot. It was a large wooden building with a gaudy sign that read "THE RED CARIBOU" in fancy lettering.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
Sieg held a strong grip on the paper in front of him. It was a list of directions, with a map full of what looked like six year old drawings to get to the place. Sieg wasn't good at travelling by himself. He would always get lost one way or another, and he'd usually end up with the rain pelting down on his beautiful, beautiful face. The drawings displayed three things: a path to get to the place, the town and the location. But when you looked at it clearly, the map was terrible. The drawings were all just five second sketchings and whoever did it, didn't even show which way he was supposed to go.
"Where the hell am I?" he whined, as person passed by him. Sieg didn't even notice what they looked like; all he was concerned about was how he was supposed to get to his mission on time. The lady turned around, muffled a few words and pointed to where he was supposed to go. He was mainly disgusted by her appearance that he didn't pay attention, so all he did was nod his head and went that way. "Thanks. I really appreciate it." He replied, ashamed and shivering in disgust because he was forced to stare at her ugly face.
As the next hour went by, he finally reached his destination. It's..... MAGNIFICENT. His eyes lit up. Everything was beautiful just like him. His mouth widened as drool ran down his shirt, but he quickly wiped it away and went to find the place. Everywhere he looked was expensive this, expensive that. And everything was so shiny that he kept getting distracted and knocking into things. Eventually he saw the place and next thing he knew he was there.
The first thing he noticed at the caravan was a woman. She looked good from far, but was she far from good? Next, he walked up and went to greet her; completely ignoring his surroundings. "Wow. What a gorgeous lady. What are you doing in a place like this? Maybe we should get some coffee some time." He moved his hand onto a nearby caravan, and leaned his body against it. She was just like he expected. Even though she did have a few points she could improve, her legs were amazing. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaayum.
"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Sieg. I was told to come here for a mission. You wouldn't happen to be the caravan master? If so, this is going to be greeeeeeeeeeat!"

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
As Sieg approached and flattered her, the woman blushed and shrunk away from him. She giggled and opened her mouth to speak, but her face quickly turned from pink to red as her eyes gazed just over Sieg's shoulder.
"Ahem." The bald man--the caravan master--folded his arms across his broad chest and looked down at Sieg. The simple clearing of his throat was enough to cause the woman to skitter away.
"I happen to be the caravan master, and you must be my welcomed hired help," he growled. Mr. Niwa's brow furrowed and he stared Sieg down with such intensity, his eyebrows seem to twitch. Suddenly, his expression lightened and a hearty laugh erupted from the depths of his muscular chest.
"I'm Kinten Niwa. It's nice to meet you." The large man held his hand out to Sieg and smiled. However, before Sieg would have time to accept the handshake, a male worker approached and drew Mr. Niwa's attention away.
"Sir, the goods will spoil if we don't leave soon," the effeminate lad informed. The caravan master nodded and turned to look at his workers.
"Shio, come here."
The girl that Sieg had flattered a few minutes before timidly trotted over and bowed to Mr. Niwa.
"Yes, sir?"
"Since you and this fine young man have already gotten acquainted, I'm assigning you to be the caravan's driver." At the very mention of being the driver, Shio's face was drained of color, and she looked like she was going to shed a tear. She nodded and hurried off to get her things together before she had the chance to break down.
Mr. Niwa noticed her reaction and sighed, looking back to Sieg.
"As you can see, the loss of our caravans has created a very uneasy atmosphere here. We've had to stop sending caravans down that route as of lately, because we've already 'lost' a number of workers. Not dead, mind you, but they're so shaken up that they can't work, let alone tell us what happened." The bald man shook his head and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Well, anyway. Get yourself up in the passenger seat of the caravan and Shio will tell you what's going to be happening. Standard caravan procedure."

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
Sieg stood their aimlessly, nodding his head everytime the caravan master said something. He wasn't interested, more like disappointed. Shio was told to be the designated driver, and all he wanted to do was to help her feel better. He turned his head back and waited in silence, feeling a strong breeze brush past, with the sun creating a large shine which gave a nice reflection of Sieg's face.
Ohhh very nice.
As he walked toward the caravan, Sieg gripped the whistle around his neck, which was tied up by a simple string. "Juuuuuuuuuuuundeeeeeers," he called out, blowing hard on the whistle which caused a small, thin but yet loud noise that sounded like an annoying buzzer from a game show. Suddenly, a large bird, around 100cm in height swooped past and circled around Sieg in the air. "Time for us to go darling," he announced, clicking his fingers and pointed to the door of the caravan. However, just before he entered, he shouted back to the caravan master. "I'll protect the lady--I mean everyone." He was thinking about telling Niwa he really needed to trim those eyebrows, but last time he said something like that, he almost got his ass kicked because he couldn't stop telling the man about how many bad 'features' he had.
"I'm really sorry that you've been chosen to drive this ugly looking caravan." Sieg stepped up into the caravan, gracefully flicking his fringe to the right side and taking a seat; Junders resting softly on his right arm. He approached her once again, this time just inches away from her face as he started to analyze her. There displayed a nice pleasant smile that was so alluring and irresistible, that any woman that caught a glance would almost faint from seeing it, and even more so if he was looking dead straight into your eyes.
"Don't worry. I understand how you feel. I will make sure that you are safe, so please... cheer up, will you?" He moved his hand toward her face and pushed the hair covering her eyes; her eyes were slightly red, which was most likely caused by the tears that had streamed down her face, from the announcement of her having to drive the caravan. He tilted his body toward hers, and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Trust me, okay?"

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
In an abrupt fit of rage, Shio pushed Sieg away from her and glared at him.
"You caught me off guard before, but you aren't going to charm me. I have a job to do, and so do you." It was difficult to tell what had gotten into her suddenly, but her words were sharp, and judging by her tone, she meant every bit of it.
Shio shoved herself as far away from Sieg as possible and shakily took the reins in her hands. The reins were attached to large, bison-like creatures that looked strong enough to carry any load the caravan had to transport. They were a little spooked when Junders flew over, but by now they had gotten over it.
"If you're bringing your pet along, please make sure it doesn't get into the shipment. And I mean that. We're... well, we're shipping poison in hopes that whatever is doing this to our caravans will take it and die." Despite the harshness of her voice and the anxiety that seemed to grip her, she looked genuinely upset about everything that was going on.
"...Anyway... I know the route and all you have to do is tag along. Try not to get in the way, please?" Just as Shio finished speaking, Mr. Niwa approached the caravan and put a hand on the side of it.
"You're all set?" he asked, and Shio promptly nodded. "Good. I trust the both of you to get the job done. Now get!"
Again, Shio nodded and gripped the reins a little tighter. The large warehouse door began to open just as the woman jostled the reins, giving the bison-like animals their cue to get moving. They pulled out slowly, but quickly started to get into pace as their hooves hit the dirt path. It would be a bit of a trip before they got on route, giving Sieg some time to do whatever he pleased.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
The only word that could go through his mind was: Bitch. Nothing more, nothing less. She didn't even have the common decency to apologize, when all Sieg did was try and help her out (in his own way that is). His irresistible charm was.. well, resistible to some extent but he still wasn't going to give up on the game plan he pictured in his mind. When the lady get's in trouble, I come for the rescue, and she'll be in my arms as I do that. His smile turning slightly perverted as he shifted his body back to it's original position. "Alright, you be the boss. But if you get us caught in a bad situation, I'm the one saving you remember?" He moved his left hand to Junders, as he stroked down her wings which was followed by a "caw" sound (sort of like when a cat purrs) that echo'd through the caravan.
Only about ten minutes in the ride, Sieg was getting bored. His anxiousness of kicking ass had faded away, and Junders was sound asleep on his arm. He got up un-expectantly and started searching for food. "Wait, you said the shipment right?" Immediately afterward his stomach gave in and made a very large grumble. He then moved his hand to his stomach and yelled shhhhh to calm it down and subside the pain. However, because of the distraction, he completely forgot about the shipment and eventually found a cupboard full of things to eat. "Wooooooo, this is--" Sieg's excitement faded away along with everything else he had hoped for on this long caravan trip. "All I can see is instant-ramen cups. And I hate instant-ramen cups." So instead, he looked through the whole caravan, leaving a whole heap of mess in the middle. "Aha! Found the fridge." Immediately he opened it and grabbed a large, red apple and began chomping away. By that time Junders had already woken up, so Sieg shared his apple with his beloved companion.
As he went back to the passenger seat, he had Junders deliver an apple by using it's talons to grab hold of the stem above it. Next, as the bird went toward her, he sneaked up on the other side and caressed her face (as typical Sieg would). "Your skin is so soft and beautiful," and as he stood there for an aimless amount of time (while waiting for her to respond), he started day dreaming about what he would be like with soft skin like hers. Mmmmm..

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
[OoC: Not that it changes anything, but yeah, this caravan is a cross between a carriage and a gypsy caravan, so basically it's got stuff inside, but also a seat built into the front (where Shio is sitting). Was just clarifying since you brought up more detail about it.]
"You better be careful with what you picked out of there. I told you before we left that several of the items we're shipping are laced with poison." She glanced over at Sieg as he and Junders returned to the passenger's seat with an apple. "The apples are fine--and you're lucky they are, or you'd be dead right about now."
As he started stroking her face, she used her elbow to shove him back.
"Though, I'm kind of wishing you had eaten something that was poisoned," she snapped. At this rate, Sieg was lucky that she didn't do more than simply tell him off. However, the woman seemed too focused on her job to let Sieg's crude behavior affect her more than that.
"Just sit down, leave me alone, and things will go much, much mor-" Shio stopped mid-sentence as her eyes turned to the path ahead of them. Her face, much like earlier, lost its color. "...This is it... I don't know what's waiting for us up there, but just be ready..."
The bison continued to tow the caravan forward as it came on route. The path itself didn't seem very treacherous. It was sunny, clear, with a few trees spotted along the shoulder of the road. Everything was going smoothly so far. There was a good stretch left to go, but they were already a third down the route, and nothing had hap-
The caravan came to an abrupt halt as the bison began to prance and bellow. Shio, jostled by the sudden stop, hit her head on the caravan and was knocked unconscious. For her sake, it was probably better that she missed out on what was about to go down.
A low, red fog began to flank the caravan and the immediate surrounding area. It drifted toward the front and began to centralize and take shape. The bison continued to bellow, but their yelps of terror were outmatched by the loud cry of the what the mist had become. A large, red caribou creature stood well above the height of the caravan. Its solid yellow eyes stared down onto Sieg as its red fur bristled. The beast had strange, black markings etched into its fur; they looked unnatural, but so did the rest of the creature.
It released another cry, and with a single stomp of its hoof, the earth began to shake.

Aura Arts • Aura Mist
D-Rank Ninjutsu
This technique is utilized by the Red Caribou. By expelling chakra from its body, it is able to thicken and expand the red aura surrounding it into a mist-like substance. The mist is red and lasts as long as the caribou feeds it chakra. Once it is canceled, the mist will be drawn back toward the beast's location and reform as its aura.
Aura Arts • Aura Barrier
C-Rank Ninjutsu
This technique is utilized by the Red Caribou. By expelling chakra from its body, it is able to create a tangent barrier out of its aura. The aura encompasses the caribou's entire body and is capable of stopping weak-strength ninjutsu, but not projectiles like kunai or shuriken. The barrier lasts for three (3) posts.
Aura Arts • Aura Blast
B-Rank Ninjutsu
This technique is utilized by the Red Caribou. By expelling a large amount of chakra all at once, it causes its aura to rapidly expand in a dome-shape around it to a maximum of fifteen feet. By doing so, anything within this distance is pushed back to the edge of the radius, such as people or projectiles. It is a stamina-heavy technique, and so it is difficult to use multiple times without growing tired.

The jutsu can cause nausea and vomiting from the target, depending on how sensitive their scent is, and begins once the victim witnesses the user perform the handseals. The smell of the dead can also cause some mental stress on the target.
*Eye Scream
C-Ranked Genjutsu
The user does the needed hand seals and then looks in the opponent's eyes. If eye contact is made for the next 5 posts the person affected thinks that they are growing eyes all over their body. The eyes start at a slow rate then constantly grow faster and faster. The eyes show the affected person visions from around their body which can creep out any person that isn't prepared.
Burial Trance
C-Rank Genjutsu
Burial Trance is a technique utilized by the Red Caribou. It is a sound-based genjutsu that is activated when the caribou releases a loud bellow. Anyone within a twenty foot radius that hears the caribou's cry will begin to hear the faint whispers of deceased people confessing the stories of their gruesome deaths. Several whispers will be heard at once, so it is often hard to tell one voice from another, and, although the voices are an illusion, they use the target's memories to make up names, places, and dates to use in their stories. This genjutsu lasts 3 posts unless escaped from sooner.
*Kansei (Sensitivity)
B-Ranked Genjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user must make eye contact with the opponent. When this is achieved, the genjutsu activates and all of the victim's senses become much more sensitive. This leads to much more pain in combat(ex: Blinding jutsu would be much more effective, sound jutsu, etc.). The increased sensitivity is 1.5.
Native Hypnotics
B-Rank Genjutsu
The Native Hypnotics technique is a high-level genjutsu utilized by the Red Caribou. By making eye contact with the target, the caribou will attempt to use its unnatural appearance to hold the target's attention long enough for the technique to take effect. The beast's eyes will begin to swirl with colors that are naturally entrancing to the human mind and a slow, native chant will start to flood into the target's head. After the caribou has successfully gained access to the mind, all memories pertaining to the user that occurred within the past day will appear in the mind of the target, starting from the moment they were hypnotized, and rewind to a point shortly before the caribou appeared. Once this is complete, the genjutsu will end, but the effects of the entrancement will last just long enough for the caribou to disappear. (This jutsu isn't for use, just explanation).

*Doton • Doton Torappingu [Earth Element • Earth Trapping Technique]
D-Rank Ninjutsu
Doton • Doton Torappingu is technique used to trap the user's target(s) in the earth. Using their mastery of Doton, the user causes the earth beneath their target to rise up and latch onto the target. While it can be broken by Taijutsu technique, this is a good way to distract your opponent while you think up your next move.
*Doton • Doton Yurasu [Earth Element • Earth Shake Technique]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
By using chakra control to transfer a large amount of chakra to their foot, the user of this technique can slam their foot to the ground, causing the ground around them to shake. The more chakra you use the better the technique works. This technique can be used to simply distract a target, or to knock someone off their feet.
Grave Digger
B-Rank Ninjutsu
By using its Doton affinity, the Red Caribou is able to create a wide grave (six feet wide; eight feet long; six feet deep) in the ground anywhere in a fifteen foot radius of its position. The graves can be used as pitfalls, but are more often used to uncover things that are below the ground that would often require digging to discover or to create holes to bury things in. In the legend of the Red Caribou, the caribou used this technique to quickly put its people to rest after they had died.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
"I was wondering when you were going to shut up." He grasped her body and lifted her up, carrying her along the caravan and placing her back down on a couch. Man, what do I get for being nice? All she does is talk and complain, and when one small situation happens, BAM she's out for the count. I could do so many perverted things to you right-
The caravan started shaking sideways, with red mist almost suffocating the area around him. "Guess it's my time to shine then. Alright Junders, time to get going." The bird almost asleep, flapped it's wings around and headed out through the door and above the mist; flying overhead at a high distance so the creature wasn't able to jump up and attack her.
"For the love of god, please don't wake up." As long as Shio was asleep, she wouldn't get in the way. This would benefit Sieg greatly, considering all she would do is panic. Looking out, he noticed two eyes (practically the same colour as his) through a window. Immediately he jumped back and grabbed his chest, wiping his eyes to make sure what he saw was real. "Far out, almost gave me a heart attack."
Okay. Think, think. What's the best way to get out of this? Whatever I'm fighting is bound to be something out of the ordinary. Those eyes.. Suddenly, the caravan shook once more and the cry of the animal sent a shiver down Sieg's spine. He cocked up an eyebrow when he saw Shio's leg's once more, and even though he -badly- wanted to stroke them, he was too distracted by the noise that he had to do something. Hmm.. I'll get back to you later.
As he reached out to a window behind the caravan, he pulled himself up onto the top. His vision easily became blurred from the red mist, but he was able to pick up the eyes the animal. "I don't have a clue what I'm fighting, but let's give it all I've got. Come on Junders, Raiton • Kakuhan no Jutsu!" Instantly, he flicked his hands into the appropriate seals and connected his chakra with Junders, as it's talons formed two lightning whips in between it's fingers. "Now!" Pointing his finger forward, the bird launched the two whips in unison at it's target.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
The caribou seemed unaffected by the fact that it was being challenged. It stood its ground and watched perceptively as Sieg gave Junders orders to strike.
As the whips came at the beast, its aura burned a vibrant red and extended in a dome shape around its body. Much to its chagrin, the raiton whips were strong and were able to pierce the barrier, and the caribou cried out as it felt them strike its body. That was far from the end of things though. This creature didn't bleed. Although the wounds were present, nothing leaked from the openings.
Agitated by the assault, the caribou bellowed once again and its red aura began to become mist-like. It shrouded its body and the area surrounding it. Clearly a defense mechanism, the caribou wanted to be sure that Sieg (or better yet, Junders) could no longer see it. The fog spread was rather dense because it wasn't a regular mist, but a nine foot tall beast would still have trouble hiding in any thickness of mist.
However, it was far more clever than this. The fog was a mere distraction, and in truth, the caribou was looking for Sieg to try to find its position within the fog, and it had just the thing to help him do it.
Its eyes began to glow a fierce yellow and pierced the mist's thickness. If Sieg were to catch sight of those eyes, however, the beast will have already caught him in a genjutsu that required eye contact to activate.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
The red mist thickened to an extent that Sieg had no clue what was happening; not like he knew before anyway. The second cry of the animal scared him out of his boots. The noise seemed like it was everywhere, and he was afraid that he might be surrounded by a large army that were slowly creeping up to him. The only thing he knew about it, was that is was some type of animal. No human would be able to yell that loudly, unless it was Sieg busy with someone in the bedroom.
Meanwhile, as the mist expanded, he continued staying still, looking around at hopes to try and figure out where he was. Suddenly, he saw the animals eyes again. He was happy, but this quickly subsided as the mist around him was at a state that was almost un-breathable in. His body started shaking and every movement sounded louder than it usually would be. He could hear his own heartbeat thumping, and his breath as he exhaled and inhaled. Something was wrong, but he couldn't figure out what it was.
Luckily for Junders, she was paying no attention beside what Sieg had told her. She was clearly unaffected by the genjutsu, but because of the level of mist around, she also had no clue; she just flew and made circles around Sieg until he created his new orders. She could easily get out of the mist, but if she did, she wouldn't be able to see her companion, and she might accidentally hit him instead.
"Junders my darling.." She flew back down to him as he molded his chakra around her. His eyes felt strained and his body felt heavier from the gravity due to his senses, as the bird used her wings to pump electric chakra toward his chest so he'd become more alert and calm down. He wasn't knocked out, but for some reason it did the trick. Her talons were also hanging off against the caribou, so the whips didn't hit him as friendly fire.
The technique may have made him concentrate better, but the jolt made him feel as if he was punched in the stomach by an elephant. Argh.. this.. pain. It isn't right. What is this thing doing to me? The bird went back into the air, as Sieg proceeded with his attack.
"Junders. I know you don't know where it is, but just attack everywhere with your whips and hopefully it'll create something up for me" The bird didn't understand a word he said, but with a flick of his wrist and a click from his fingers caused the bird to immediately react and start swinging around to hopefully hit the animal. Sieg was forced to duck down low onto his body to avoid getting hit, and the sound from whips made him cover his ears. I have to.. do something.
The best thing Sieg could think of was to create a bunshin that would be used to find out the general direction of where the animal was coming from. If the clone poofed after it was sent in, he would roughly have a good idea. He also decided on a few projectiles, just to see if he could hear the animal scream after it was hit again. So when he locked his hand into the correct handseals, he balanced the chakra around him creating a bunshin, and sent it forward. He then reached behind his back and opened up a pouch, gripping onto three shuriken and flinging them in the air in the same direction as the clone but higher, so they wouldn't collide.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
The caribou was beginning to lose its ground. With the threat of Junders in addition to Sieg, it knew that this battle would not have a favorable outcome. Yet, the large, red beast did not back down no matter what the odds were. It was starting to become clear that there was some sort of motive behind the caribou's actions, as it was not a headstrong attitude that kept it fighting.
As Sieg gave Junders orders, the red caribou prepared its own assault. A loud, deep cry pierced the air as the creature initiated another genjutsu. It was sound based, triggered by the beast's bellow, which complemented the genjutsu it had activated just moments earlier. After doing so, the caribou was quick to withdraw its aura; the mist which had spread quite far suddenly came together around the beast's location and reformed its wispy aura just in time for it to be again expelled from its body, this time as a strong, dome-shaped blast. It looked like the barrier that had failed before, but this was shorter and more potent, and would no doubt shun anything within its radius.
However, no matter how hard it tried, the caribou was losing momentum and would likely have to retreat, or find a method of communicating its purpose to Sieg. The latter seemed ideal, but how would a human understand...? For now, the caribou would have to keep fighting.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
The moment he attacked, the sound of his surroundings increased yet again. The caribou's vigorous red mist had picked up. His eyes were beginning to go blood-shot red, and his mind was throbbing like a time bomb ready to explode. Something was not right. He thought about it before, but this was just something he couldn't live with anymore.
There must be--
Aha!
He finally realized what was happening. It must have been when I saw the eyes. That was the last time I was feeling good. Even thinking made his head feel worse, but he was now determined to get out of the genjutsu. Moving his hand back to his pouch, he gripped onto a kunai and slid it forward, slicing it into his left arm. "ARRRRGH!" The intense amount of pain (further effected by the genjutsu) triggered, and as the sharp edge ripped through the flesh, his senses came back to him to get out of the genjutsu. Because of what the genjutsu did, Sieg felt as if his hand was behind sliced off by a chainsaw.
But the second he came to his senses, he was caught in another genjutsu. This one, making him hear the voices of dead people around him. What the hell? These voices! And I know these days.. and times.. and argh! The blood in his arm started dripping down to the floor, and his body began to shake. But eitherway, he was forced to fight. This beast must be tired and so was he. But he wasn't going to give up. Being pushed back from the dome, the clone dissipated as he gripped back onto the edge of the caravan as he flew off, having to pull himself back up.
"Raiton • Ikazuchi Ken" Molding chakra around his body and then to his pet, Junders' talon turned yellow from electricity, as it charged up a 'thunder blade.' Afterwards, with a click of his wrist, the bird released it forward to the beast. Next, he moved his hands into seals to create flashing hawks and sent them forward like suicide bombers. After, he blew on the whistle and made his pet come back behind him. Finally, he placed his hands together after seals, and created a dome of black chakra to deflect anything in front of him.

TechniquesShow
*Raiton • Ikazuchi Ken [Lightning Element • Thunder Blade]
C-rank Ninjutsu
The user generates a length of arching electricity from their fist after performing the necessary handseals. This 'blade' of lightning can be used to strike an enemy once, sending an electrical shock through their system and causing a loud, thunderous noise as it dissipates.
~Hiton • Hirameki Taka no Jutsu - Light Release • Flashing Hawks Technique
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Performing hand seals, the user creates 2 small hawks made of their personal light anywhere within a 1 meter radius of their body. These hawks are large, roughly the size of an adult hawk and when created, fly at any designated target within 4 meters, with a speed of 4 and when they hit the target, they implode on themselves with the force of one exploding tag. In addition, they also produces a blinding flash of light equal to one flash tag.
~Hiton • Taiyouku no Jutsu Light Release • Solar Ward Technique
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: ~Hiton • Akaaka Zukku no Jutsu
An advancement on Akkaka Zukku, the user first performs the hand seals and then puts both hands together, flooding the area with Hiton chakra of their personal color. The dome extends two feet above the user's own height and forms a perfect oval-dome shape, extending out in a diameter of 5 feet around the user. The dome is thick and sturdy, able to withstand a few strong, several medium or a lot of weak hits, though Suiton jutsu will destroy it much faster.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
It didn't matter now. The caribou had long since been defeated, but its willpower had kept it on its feet. Now, under the assault Sieg had unleashed upon it, it fell forward as its legs collapsed. After taking every blow, it bellowed again, but this time it sounded forlorn and defeated. It barely had the strength to lift its head by this point, but its intense need to fulfill its purpose kept the spirit with enough energy to complete one, final task.
The red caribou wobbled as it tried to stand, falling twice before it managed to get back onto its hooves. It stared at Sieg, its unearthly, bloodless wounds making its ill, powerless state all too apparent. Its eyes, which once burned a bright yellow, were now dim and full of sadness.
In one last effort, it stepped back from the caravan and bowed its head to the ground, and closed its eyes. In front of it, the earth disappeared, forming a large grave-like hole. The caribou opened its eyes and looked down into the hole it created, and then at Sieg. There, sticking out from the dirt, were the bones of at least four to five corpses.
The beast panted and collapsed beside the grave. It could do nothing more to try and tell Sieg why it had done what it had done.

Jutsu usedShow
Grave Digger
B-Rank Ninjutsu
By using its Doton affinity, the Red Caribou is able to create a wide grave (six feet wide; eight feet long; six feet deep) in the ground anywhere in a fifteen foot radius of its position. The graves can be used as pitfalls, but are more often used to uncover things that are below the ground that would often require digging to discover or to create holes to bury things in. In the legend of the Red Caribou, the caribou used this technique to quickly put its people to rest after they had died.

[Mission] The Wrath of the Red Caribou
The red mist disappeared as he dropped to his feet and dissipated the jutsu; his body now sweating immensely from what just happened. The sweat dripped down onto the ground as he grasped his chest to try and take away the pain. Sieg's wound continued to bleed heavily. He was beginning to feel dizzy.
After waiting a few minutes before getting up, Sieg swayed side to side toward the animal. His eyes now blinking every milli-second from exhaustion, as his breathing felt heavier and heavier. He walked up to the grave and observed the bones. I see.. But before long, he was anxiously staring down at the animal he had fought. Geeze, your one heck of a creature. Maaaaan, I have to show you to Shio. She'd love me for this. As he scooped his hand underneath the animal, his hands began to shake. It was huge, and god damn heavy. His first attempt easily failing as it didn't lift up one bit. The second afterwards however, he could see Junders pecking at it in the distance.
"Ahhh Junders, stop that. Not now!" He tried to scoot away the bird by flailing his arms about in front of him. She responded in a way by flying up high into the sky and gliding around the area to look for food. "We'll get you some soon enough. I just want to see what Shio is going to think of it." His eyes lit up from the suggestion, as he thought about another way to pick up this animal. "Gah, it's no use. I'll just have to get her to wake up and see it."
But waking her up was the hard problem. As he went back into the caravan, a trail of blood followed him. Sieg glanced at her body, before slightly feeling up her legs, but resisting the moment he touched the top part of the knee. Ahh, I can't do this with my stupid injury. The wound on his arm was starting to worsen, as he tried to wake up Shio by shaking her around. Moments afterward, he dropped to the floor and fell asleep from both the exhaustion and amount of blood loss.
The bird flew around freely, waiting for her owner's orders before doing anything else.
