Description Earth Country Headquarters - Jousai Castle

The Headquarters is a grey brick castle built into the side of the mountain range surrounding the village, giving it a great vantage point. Each corner of the castle is adorned with a large, green-topped turret. The castle is centered around its great hall, a large room equipped with long tables and benches for the men and women of Jousai to eat and gather. In the back left of the great hall is a stone spiral staircase leading up to the officers' offices, bed chambers, and a solar for the higher ranking shinobi to gather and discuss any ongoings. Double doors on either side of the great hall lead to different sections of the castle. The door to the left leads to the kitchens, pantries, larders, and other storage while the door to the right leads to the barracks for the members of Jousai along with an armory for them to store their weapons.
Descending the stone spiral staircase leads one into the brightly lit basement which had been modified to contain a large training space for the organizations' members. The staircase descends down another sub level, this time bringing one to a long corridor that ends at a dead end. The dead end links to the elevator designed at the first entrance to the Catacombs, the floor of this space also covered in similar fuuinjutsu and manned by two Iwagakure chuunin.

Holy Land of Forests Headquarters - Wellridge

With the help of the native peoples, Earth Country and Iwagakure were able to establish a small town within the main valley of the Holy Lands of Forests on the edge of the River of Life overlooking the gigantic Great Falls known as Wellridge. The town is constructed of stone and wood and stands upon stone pillars sunk into the bed of the lake to stabilize the structures. It is used as a staging location for the forces of Earth Country who use the River of Life to ferry goods to and from the settlement with ease. The mountains (including an active volcano with a survey team of four Enkouten clan members to monitor its activity) surrounding the river valley are high and capped with snow, providing excellent natural defenses to those residing in it.
It is situated on the west side of the lake with a long wooden bridge used to connect the town to the land, ending in a building, with guards watching over the entrance. Within the settlement can be found:
- Houses
- Barracks
- Jail
- Market
- Smithy
- Fishery
- Wood Shop
- Port
- Shipyard/Drydock
- Storage

In the event Wellridge and the Holy Land of Forests are overtaken, Enkouten clan members stationed at the volcano will execute a final contingency plan. They will supercharge the volcano with all four of themselves and cause a super-eruption. Rocks, debris, ash, gases, and lava will spew forth from the mouth of the volcano and fill the valley containing the River of Life and Wellridge. The lava and debris spewed forth will burn and destroy everything in its path while the gases and ash will block out the sun and make the air poisonous to even the most hardy of individual.

The scientists and other shinobi who live in the Medical Research Center have bred and populated many species of plants and fungi throughout their time there. In case of an attack, they may activate a switch that will irritate those specimens and release a paralyzing toxin through the Panacea. Those who inhale or come in contact with the spores will suffer a variety of effects. Those who inhaled or ingest the spores will find themselves falling asleep after 2 posts if they do not possess 25 Willpower or greater while those who get it on their skin will find the body part paralyzed for 3 posts. Those whose entire bodies are covered by the spores will be paralyzed for 5 posts.

Owl HQ:A compact yet intricate base of interconnected treehouses, seamlessly blending with the towering, ancient trees lies at the edge of the owl-controlled forest. Suspended high above the forest floor, the structures are crafted from natural wood, vines, and bark, giving them an organic, almost camouflaged appearance. Each treehouse serves a unique purpose: one houses a cozy living space with a circular wooden table and soft moss bedding, another is a communal gathering area lit by bioluminescent fungi, and a third functions as a lookout tower crowned by a carved owl totem, symbolizing the wisdom of the forest guardians. Rope bridges and vine ladders link the treehouses, swaying gently with the forest’s rhythm, while platforms offer panoramic views of the verdant canopy below.
The Ninomaru Division Leader: Akari, Tatsuo
The Ninomaru are individuals tasked with strengthening the outer defenses of Iwagakure. Primarily, the Ninomaru are responsible for enhancing the physical security of the village's outer defenses, often specializing in defensive and trap style jutsu which they use to build upon the village's current defenses to prevent and deter threats. Additionally, they are tasked with creating and maintaining relationships with the villages and tribes in the surrounding provinces so as to create a widespread information network. Typical missions of this division include:
- Modifying existing defensive measures so as to make them stronger.
- Establishing new outer defenses for the village.
- Establishing and maintaining/strengthening outposts.
- Exploring the towns surrounding the village to establish relationships with their people.
- Meeting with tribal leaders in an effort to end conflicts and establish relationships.
The Honmaru Division Leader: -
The Honmaru are individuals tasked with strengthening the inner defenses of Iwagakure. Primarily, they are responsible for the enhancing the inner security of the village and maintaining order, often specializing in various technique that are designed to capture, trap, or disable a target or defend an individual within their care. They act as the last line of defense for the village should its outer defenses be broken. Additionally, this division is responsible for patrolling and investigating the Catacombs beneath the village, monitoring the creatures that live within them and preventing them from surfacing in the village. Typical missions of this division include:
- Acting as security for high level meetings within the village.
- Establishing security and emergency protocols for the village.
- Policing the prisons.
- Acting as bodyguards.
- Exploring the Catacombs.
- Fighting giant creatures within the Catacombs.
The Chigatana Division Leader: Akari, Kotaru
The Chigatana are individuals tasked with some of the most sensitive of missions within the organization, operating almost entirely in secret. Members of the Chigatana are often tasked with handling the 'dirty work' associated with a village defense organization, traveling the country itself to perform duties that are deemed necessary to eliminate threats to the village. They are a relatively unknown division of Jousai with few members of the other divisions even knowing of its existence. For this reason, members of this division often act as members of one of the other divisions as cover while secretly performing missions for the Chigatana. Typical missions of this division include:
- Covert Operations within foreign lands (under consent of the Kage or OOC).
- Infiltrating/going under cover in hostile organizations.
- Conducting assassination missions within the country.
- Conducting recon missions on potential threats.
- Hunt Missing Ninja.
