Tsuki Ryūgan	Dragon Armaments	To Be Determined
The Moon Dragon's Eye, or Tsuki Ryūgan, is a formidable doujutsu intricately linked to the celestial phenomena of the moon. This kekkei genkai is exclusive to a long-forgotten clan that revered the moon, believing their ancestors were descended from a legendary celestial dragon of the eclipse. The eye's appearance is mesmerizing, featuring a dragon-like slit pupil encircled by a shimmering, iridescent ring that changes color depending on the moon phase the doujutsu is harnessing. In its New Moon form, known as the New Moon Dragon's Eye, the user's eyes display a radiant, iridescent purple ring around the pupil. This form grants the ability to see perfectly, no matter how bright the light. In its Full Moon form, known as the Full Moon Dragon's Eye, the user's eyes exhibit a luminous, iridescent silver ring around the pupil. This form enables the bearer to see even when there is no source of light. The third form of the Moon Dragon's Eye is known as the Lunar Eclipse, and is represented by the sclera of the eye becoming the same silvery-blue color as the Moonlight affinity, with a purplish-blue iris, reflecting the Yin Release. When the form is activated, a large globe of chakra condenses high in the air above the user, taking the form of a lunar eclipse that constantly emits Moonlight. The Lunar Eclipse form allows the bearer to see anything that the Moonlight touches. The fourth, and final form is known as the Solar Eclipse, and is represented by a purplish-blue sclera, and a silvery-blue iris. Once this form is activated, a large globe of purplish-blue chakra, surrounded by a silvery-blue ring of Moonlight, condenses high in the sky above the user, covering the area in a dark, purplish-blue light. The Solar Eclipse form allows the sense all movement within the light.	Dragon Armaments are a unique trait found in some members of the Hoshizora clan. These traits most commonly manifest as claws made of an exceptionally hard, ivory-like substance at the ends of their fingers and toes. These claws possess a [Strength] equivalent to the Hoshizora's [Endurance] and can be extended or retracted at will, with a maximum length of 8 inches. While some clan members can fully retract their claws into their body, others cannot. Additionally, some members develop other Dragon Armaments, such as antler-like horns protruding from the forehead or spike-like extensions on the knees and elbows, all made of the same durable, ivory-like material as their claws. These armaments, while subtle, are a testament to the clan’s deep connection to their draconic heritage. The Hoshizora’s scales, another form of Dragon Armament, provide significant protection. These scales have a [Strength] equal to the Hoshizora's [Endurance] and offer an insulating effect, reducing the impact of temperature-based techniques by one rank as long as the scale’s [Strength] equals or exceeds the control of the temperature effect. Though the scales blend seamlessly with the skin and are soft to the touch, they create a vulnerable spot when broken, temporarily lowering the user’s [Endurance] by -5 until the scales are repaired. Ninjutsu	Genjutsu	Taijutsu
NinjutsuShow Moonlight is a Ninpou-based affinity with the Sacred passive. Manifesting as a silvery-blue colored chakra, Moonlight techniques enable the user to heal targets from a distance, however, the Sacred passive allows Moonlight to reverse the effects of Yin Release, requiring less [Control] that the technique was originally cast with. This is shown as a +5 when curing Yin Release. Yin Release is a Ninpou-based affinity with the Crystalize passive. Appearing as a purplish-blue colored chakra, Yin Release techniques Crystalize at [Control] Strength, with extreme cases leading to deep tissue crystallization. CrystallizationShow Crystallization is a passive effect that allows the user's chakra to transform into tiny crystals that break down cellular walls in organic material, worsening wounds and potentially causing permanent cell death in a manner similar to frostbite. Suiton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive enveloping effect. Passive (Enveloping)Show Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets. Iijutsu This concentration allows for the user to user chakra to modify, speed up, or slow down the biological processes of a living creature. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green color of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques. Heavenly Lightning has a forking effect. Heavenly Lightning has a natural forking property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives Heavenly Lightning a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose, Heavenly Lightning jutsu passively fork with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means that if someone is hit by a 20 strength Heavenly Lightning Bolt, they also sustain an additional fork at 10 strength. This also means that Heavenly Lightning jutsu specifically designated to pierce things can create devastating wounds by essentially striking twice. Raiton A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect. Passive (Shocking)Show Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis based on the [Strength] of the technique. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area. The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiency to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body, for example but not limited to, advanced kicks, grapples, advanced punches, etc. The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. When the Hoshizora strikes a target, the Yin chakra penetrates the wound, immediately crystallizing with [Control] strength. This crystallization process intensifies the damage by causing localized inflammation and severe pain at the wound site. The crystallized chakra forms a jagged, crystalline structure within the wound, exacerbating the injury and creating a persistent, agonizing effect that hampers the target's ability to move or recover.

Dragon's Claw Dragon's Claw is a combat style created to harness the natural claws of the Hoshizora clan. Born from raw instinct, this style emphasizes high maneuverability and swift, yet powerful, claw strikes. Practitioners of Dragon's Claw must possess [Close Quarters Combat], [Deft Hands], and [Acrobatics], as these skills are essential for executing the style's fast-paced and precise attacks. This style can be utilized with claw-type weapons.

Braced For Impact is a defensive technique developed to mitigate the damage from incoming attacks. By keenly analyzing the trajectory and force of an incoming strike, the user can selectively tense the muscles in the projected area of impact, forming a protective shield of sorts. This technique allows the user to effectively distribute the force of the attack across a larger surface area, reducing the damage by 3 points for all blunt-force impacts. The user’s enhanced ability to predict and adapt to attacks enables them to withstand powerful blows that would otherwise cause significant harm.

Scratch is a fundamental technique within the Dragon’s Claw style, characterized by its wide, sweeping motion. To execute Scratch, the user must perform a broad, horizontal slash with one hand, utilizing the full extension of their claws. This maneuver is designed to catch opponents off-guard by attacking with a sweeping arc that covers a wide area. The technique’s effectiveness is heightened by the user’s ability to follow through with a fluid, continuous motion, maximizing the reach and impact of each strike while creating openings for subsequent attacks.

Scrape is a foundational technique that leverages the Hoshizora's foot claws to deliver a powerful and precise attack. To perform Scrape, the user executes a roundhouse kick, aimed to slice through the opponent's defenses with the claws on their feet. The kick is delivered with a calculated blend of speed and force, allowing the user to generate a cutting force that targets the opponent’s lower body. This maneuver is particularly effective for inflicting deep, penetrating wounds, and can be executed with varying angles and intensities to adapt to different combat situations and target vulnerabilities.

A technique used by medical shinobi to deduce what is going on with a patient. They will perform a hand seal and green chakra will cover their hands. From there, they may place them upon a number of patients equal to their [Chakra Pool]/2. Their chakra will travel through the patient at [Control] Speed before coming back to them and allowing the medical shinobi to be able to tell their patients temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and heart rate for as long as they have chakra.

The user will channel the needed chakra throughout their upper body (torso, arms, hands, face) at [Control] Speed. This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

[Iijutsu • Dragon Scale Grafting]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A Iijutsu unique to the Hoshizora clan, this technique involves the Hoshizora removing a singular, or multiple scales from their own body, and grafting them on to the target's in order to temporarily close a wound. Once the Hoshizora has removed the scales from their body, they will channel chakra into them, which will allow the scales to adhere to the target's wound for up to 6 posts before the chakra loses its adhesive properties.

Heavenly Lightning NinjutsuShow

Heavenly Lightning ~ Thunder Dragon's Claw
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After forming the required hand seals, Amane will coat his hand with a layer of Heavenly Lightning, enhancing it with crackling energy. This charged state allows the next attack made with the hand, within the next 3 posts, to deliver an electrifying blow. When Amane strikes with this empowered hand, the impact of the attack will not only inflict physical damage but also deliver a jolt of lightning that causes additional electrical damage at [Control] strength. The attack benefits from the forking property of Heavenly Lightning, meaning that the strike will fork with no distinct pattern at half the strength of [Control] (rounded down), creating an extra burst of lightning that strikes with 1/2 the original strength of the technique.

History Hoshizora Amane was born in a small, secluded village nestled at the base of a mountain during a monumental storm. His arrival into the world was marked by the intensity of the elements, as if nature itself was acknowledging the birth of someone extraordinary. However, the villagers viewed him with suspicion and fear from the moment they laid eyes on him. Born to a young, unwed mother, Amane was cursed with physical abnormalities—ivory dragon claws that extended from his fingers and toes. These unusual traits led the superstitious villagers to believe that he was the spawn of a demon, a belief that quickly spread and took root in the community.

As a result, Amane was ostracized from the beginning of his life. Rejected by all but his mother, he grew up in isolation, shunned by the other children and treated with disdain by the villagers. The rumors and whispers that surrounded his birth only fueled the cruelty he endured, making him a target for bullying and mistreatment. Despite his mother's unwavering love and support, their situation grew dire. The villagers, unwilling to tolerate Amane's presence any longer, exiled them from the village. This harsh turn of fate led to his mother's health rapidly deteriorating. Everything changed on Amane’s fourth birthday when Wang Lin, an elder disciple from the Lupine orphanage, crossed their path. Wang Lin, a figure of wisdom and compassion, noticed the young boy and was immediately intrigued by his unusual features. After finding Amane and his ailing mother, Wang Lin realized that she was beyond saving but was determined to help the boy. He explained that he believed Amane's claws were not the mark of a demon but rather the physical manifestation of a rare Kekkei Genkai. Recognizing the boy's potential and the dire circumstances he faced, Wang Lin offered to take Amane to Sky Reach, where he could live away from the hostility they had endured.

She sacrificed her own sustenance to ensure Amane was fed, but the lack of proper nourishment ultimately proved fatal. By the time Wang Lin arrived, her condition had worsened beyond hope of recovery. Amane's mother, though too weak to survive the journey, accepted Wang Lin's offer, knowing it was the best chance for her son’s future. Her sacrifice set the stage for Amane’s new beginning. While Wang Lin formally took Amane under his care, the boy never saw him as a traditional father figure. Instead, he regarded Wang Lin as his mentor, and older brother, someone who would guide him on the path to strength and self-mastery. Under Wang Lin's tutelage, Amane began rigorous training, learning to harness his unique abilities and embrace the discipline necessary to thrive in a world that had rejected him.

Upon reaching the appropriate age, Amane entered Sky Reach's formal training program, where he quickly distinguished himself. Not only was he adept with Ninjutsu and proficient with Genjutsu, but he excelled in Taijutsu, particularly in the art of combat. Under the combined guidance of Wang Lin and the orphanage's teachers, Amane became a formidable force. Within a few years, he "graduated" to the rank of a Fifth Year, continuing to train and refine his skills under the mentorship of Wang Lin.
