A peach colored sky blessed Konoha with it's presence as the sun slowly set over the horrizon. The many citizens of the village were packing up and heading for home, a days work well done.
Sitting high above the ground upon the branch of a tree was a young chuunin admiring the wonderous sunset. The tree he was in was the very tree where he had met his first team so long ago. And now it was to be the place where he would meet his new team, only this would be different. This time he would be leading the team. His own team. It was something that he couldn't believe. Sensei Koji, he thought, .....I REALLY don't like the sound of that. He sort of chuckled to himself at his own insult to himself.
He began to think back on his days as a genin and remember his own teammates who have sadly dispersed over the last few months. Their first mission being a mission to an outpost facility, going through not 3 but 4 sensei's, they all learned to rely on eachother well just like he would teach these genin to do. Speaking of which he had arranges for them to meet him in this very spot within the next few minutes. He now sat there, just him and his memories, waiting for his genin to show up.

Team 'We'll Think Up a Name Later' Meets
As the day was coming to an end, Katashi found himself heading out. He was to meet his new sensei. He had mixed feelings as he walked. He had already gone through a few of these meetings, none of which ever got past the meeting phase. He was hoping this one would last, but didn't want to set himself up for a downfall. Instead, he came with a rather calm attitude.
What will be, will be.
He wasn't going to stress it. He marched on and when he arrived at the location, he looked around. When his eyes went up, he saw a familiar sight. Koji, a chunin the young boy had met at least twice before on seperate occasions.
"Hey!" He called out, "What are you doing here?" He asked, curious as to why he was there, not having realized it just yet.
What will be, will be.

Team 'We'll Think Up a Name Later' Meets
This is likely going to be a boring meeting, Yōsei thought, before leaving her house. I've wasted enough time here stalling. At least this way I won't have to wait around for anybody. Even if I were to run the entire way, I'm sure they'll have beaten me by now.
With this in mind, Yōsei took off from her doorway at top speed. Skating through the streets of Konoha, she was making incredible time. The villagers she dodged had no opportunity to complain, for Yōsei was out of their sights as quickly as she had arrived. Even buildings were just more obstacles she easily surmounted. When she reached the meeting place, Yōsei skidded to a halt, circling the trunk once before she stopped completely.
"Bi Yōsei, at your service."
She looked from one boy to the other and wondered which, if any, might be her sensei.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to "glide" on the air as if they were just skating on a rink or on ice. This allows them to move faster while traveling or fighting. However, this does not allow the user to fly, but, instead, it allows the user to sort of float over the ground.

The identity of the first genin was a surprise to him. Katashi, the boy who he had already had a few encounters with, was now going to be under his wing.
"What am I doing here?" Koji responded, "What do you think I'm doing here? I'm your new sensei my friend!" He now had a slight grin on his face. Koji was sort of excited now that he would be finally taking a mission with the genin.
It wasn't long before the other genin came running in, and by running in I mean RUNNING. To Koji the girl seemed to be really excited or just plain liked to run around. "Um, hi." Koji said to Yosei as he jumped down from the tree, "I'm Koji Rokami, your chuunin sensei for the time being." He figured he would let the genin introduce themselves to each other. It would build team spirit......maybe...hopefully...

Yōsei turned to get a better look at the second boy, only to realize they had already met.
"Wait! You're...that box boy from the other day!" Yōsei exclaimed while pointing, obviously surprised to be seeing him.
Does that mean this team's already doomed to failure? I wonder if it's too late to switch...I mean, what if his bad luck rubs off on me and I die on a mission?
Yōsei attempted to calm the flow of thoughts that had flooded her mind at the sight of him, clasping her hands behind her back as she took a deep breath.
It will somehow be all right. I can outrun almost anything, including that anti-teammate plague. Besides, I'm too tired to worry about this right now...At least that means I won't be tempted to run from this meeting.
Somewhat exhausted from her full-on run, Yōsei took a seat by the tree with her back against it, hoping to rest a bit during the meeting.

"Oi?" The boy was glad to know that the chunin was going to be his new sensei and leader of the group. He felt that maybe, this group just might work. Then came another shocker. It was the girl he had taken shelter from the storm with.

"That's too long to be a nickname," Yōsei replied, waving off Katashi's suggestion. "If you want a nickname, it'll have to be Mikan. In the meantime, I'm Yōsei-sama."
Finally, someone will have a nickname worse than mine, she thought triumphantly. Although...not much is worse than Chibi Bi, but at least this comes close.
After hearing Katashi's question, Yōsei redirected her focus to Koji. She was also interested in his answer.
I hope we don't have to wait for anyone else. I purposefully headed here late in order to avoid that.

Koji just stared in silent amazement at the two genin that stood before him. Well, he thought, they obviously know each other already. To him, they seemed to be bickering back and forth at each other like a brother and sister who were ready to bite each others heads off. "This is going to be interrsting..." he mumbled quietly.
"Well to answer your question Katashi," he began, hoping to stall further bickering between the two, "The three of us are technically the only ones on this team." he stated, technically being the key word. "However..." A smirk, an unusual expression for him, crossed his face as his hands moved at a quick pace before slamming the ground causing a small puff of smoke to be released. From this smoke emerged Akai, his red lion summon. "He is part of our team too." Koji said.
"Hiya! I'm Akai!" Ki stated matter-of-factly. "Heyyyyyy! I know you!" he shouted refurring to Katashi.
"Well to answer your question Katashi," he began, hoping to stall further bickering between the two, "The three of us are technically the only ones on this team." he stated, technically being the key word. That's not so bad. He's actually kind of cute, she observed, looking over the lion. And his name isn't difficult to remember either.
The more Yōsei noticed about the summon, the more curious she became. She wondered how soft his fur was, how sharp his claws were, and how quickly he could run.
Maybe I'll get to race him one day. He looks like he'd be a fast contender...
"I'm Yōsei," she stated, offering the young lion a smile. "Working together should be fun."

Koji was both speechless and annoyed by the small amount of tension rising between the two of his genin. A little rivalry is good, but anger? Not so much. "Akai, come over here for a minute," he said as he walked a short distance from the genin. There they began to whisper to each other and to any onlookers, it would seem as if they were conspiring together for something. "So, that sound good to you?" he asked the lion.
"Sound good? That sounds great!" shouted the lion, obviously excited by something. Together they walked back over to the genin and once again, Koji had a small smirk on his face.
"Alright you two, we are going to solve this bickering problem between the two of you and we may even have some fun doing it."
"Yeah you guys are gonna fight!!!" Akai called out.
"Hey!" Koji snapped at Akai, "Well i guess that ruins that suprise...anyways, yeah you guys are going to 'spar' not 'fight'." he clarified, "I don't want anyone dying on me. You guys in?"
(OOC: Don't start fighting yet, just have your person respond/anything else.)

With Koji and Akai talking on the side, Katashi crossed his arms and waited for them to return. He sure was curious to know what they were saying and he wouldn't have to wait long to find out. When the red lion slipped up and told them that they would fight each other, the genin's face almost dropped. Then Koji corrected it saying it was a 'spar'.
"You want me to spar... with her?" He said as he eyed the girl lazily.

Sparring...wouldn't that take a while? Yōsei thought, doubtful that Katashi could hold her interest for long. If anything, I could always run away and get some ramen. If he can't catch me, does it count as my win?
"Koji-sensei, wouldn't it be more fun to have a race? Not only would it ensure our safety, but it would also allow for us to get to know Konoha better...as a team."
Yōsei's expression as she spoke appeared innocent, as if she had no ulterior motives. Her sweet smile seemed natural and her eyes were hopeful.
"Have you seen a lot of the village, Akai? I bet you know some pretty cool places..."
Yōsei waited for a reply, sure to keep her hopeful expression intact.
"Koji-sensei, wouldn't it be more fun to have a race? Not only would it ensure our safety, but it would also allow for us to get to know Konoha better...as a team."

"Well you know," Akai began, he put his head to a tilt, closed one eye, stuck out his tongue, and looked to the sky in what he would call his 'thinking pose'. "I honestly don't think I have taken the time to see a lot of this place." he stated, his face returning to normal. "That girl made a good point," ha said calmly as he looked over at Yosei. He was quickly developing a liking for her, although with Akai, he quickly came to like almost everyone. "CAN WE GO ON A RUN PLEAAAAAAASE!" he shouted to Koji, the calm version of himself now a shadow of his now extremely excited self.
"A nice run would sound fun," Koji stated taking a step back from the overly excited lion, "But, as a newly formed team we need to be aware of eachothers strengths and weaknesses, the kind of skills each of us have, and other things like that. It is what makes an effective team!"
"Awwww," Akai moaned in disappointment.
"Sorry buddy, maybe some other time." Koji replied rubbing the lions head. "All right here are your choices, you guys can either spar each other, or we can call it a night and have a training session tomorrow?" he offered as a compromise.
ooc: Okay so if you guys decided to fight we will do it in this thread. If you guys decide on training, we will make another thread. I am leaning towards the training part but what ever you guys choose. And when I say training thread I mean like a team work out not like jutsu or stat training.

He took the bait, Yōsei thought, glad that she had appealed to Akai. Now let's see if Koji-sensei can resist his feline friend...
With an air of new-found confidence, Yōsei turned to her sensei, awaiting his decision. When he rejected her suggestion with a perfectly logical explanation, she found herself unable to respond.
But...Akai was so excited! How was he able to say no?
Yōsei fought the urge to sigh, not wanting to give away her disappointment.
At least he gave me another option. A training session doesn't sound so bad. It's what I would normally be doing anyway. Besides, maybe he could show me something new.
Although she was a bit hesitant to block off long periods of time for her team, Yōsei knew it was necessary.
I'll give it a chance tomorrow and if it ends up being a waste of time, I'll have had all night to prepare more convincing alternatives.

"Alrighty then," Koji said, "That is what we shall do." Now with the descision made, Koji would have to get creative for a way to properly train and yet learn about his genin. Well I will leave that for tomorrow.
"Alright my young friends, we will meet her, at this same spot tomorrow nice and early. Rest well tomorrow for tomorrow you will need the energy." with those final remarks he walked off towards the village, his home. The sky was now a mixture of dark blues and purples, both the stars and the moon being blocked by heavy clouds that covered the sky. So many dark clouds could prove for some interesting training tomorrow he thought. "Have a good night!" he called back to his genin.
(OOC: So make your characters final remarks and then one of us will turn it in for points. I will make the next topic within the next few days and I will post in thr team thread when it is ready.)

"Looking forward to it," Katashi burst out with a fist in the air and a grin on his face. It seemed as if he were ready to go that very instant. However, he would need to wait for tomorrow.
"Goodnight," He called out as Koji left. It seemed as if he finally found a team that would get somewhere and where he would be able to learn and progress. The only problem is his teammate, whom he still wasn't quite sure what to think of. It seemed as if he just wasn't going to get a break, so he'd simply push through.
"See ya tomorrow," He called out to Yosei as he begun to walk away.

Yōsei waved to her teammates as they left from her seat by the tree.
Thank goodness that's over and done with. Now to...are those clouds? she thought, looking up at the night sky. I guess I should head straight home then.
Yōsei rose from her seated position, brushing the dirt off her clothes before breaking out into a run.
